Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-01-11. These Terms govern use of the WebSureQTool website, downloads, and related services provided by SoftTelRG LLC (“SoftTelRG”, “we”).

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or downloading WebSureQTool, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Product model and ownership

WebSureQTool is designed to be desktop-first and database-less. Your automation assets (for example, suite.yaml, dataset.csv, run.json, report.html, and junit.xml) are stored in your own workspace folders unless you choose to upload them to a third-party system under your control.

3) License and permitted use

  • Free plan: you may use Free features for evaluation and internal use subject to these Terms.
  • Pro plan: Pro features are available only with an active paid subscription and valid entitlement.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, bypass licensing checks, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

4) Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

If you purchase Pro, your subscription will renew on the selected cadence (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable.

5) Support and professional services

Basic product guidance may be provided via documentation and the Intelligent Assistant. Professional services (implementation, training, customization, CI/CD integration, security reviews, or other consulting) are available by separate agreement and are billed at $200+/hour (minimums may apply).

6) Source code licensing

Institutional customers may request source code licensing for internal use. Unless explicitly stated in a signed enterprise agreement, SoftTelRG retains all intellectual property and ownership rights. Source code licensing does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the software, and it is not intended for third party commercial offerings. Any delivery method, escrow terms, security requirements, customization scope, and support commitments must be documented in a separate written agreement signed by SoftTelRG.

7) Third-party services

WebSureQTool may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Microsoft, Google, Stripe, Vercel, GoDaddy, and GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Reference to third parties does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated in writing.

8) Security and compliance

You are responsible for how you store and protect workspace folders, secrets, credentials, and test data in your environment. For regulated sectors (including government and banking), enterprise security, procurement, and compliance requirements should be addressed through a written enterprise agreement.

9) Disclaimers

The website and software are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftTelRG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftTelRG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. SoftTelRG’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to SoftTelRG for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftTelRG from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoftTelRG is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13) Contact

Note: These Terms are a general template intended for a software website and desktop product. Organizations with strict regulatory or procurement requirements should request an enterprise agreement.
