SoftTelRG

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-11. This policy describes how SoftTelRG LLC (“SoftTelRG”, “we”) handles personal information collected via the WebSureQTool website and related services.

1) What we collect

  • Contact and support data: information you submit through our Contact page (such as name, email, and message) and any follow-up communications.
  • Account and entitlement data (if enabled): identifiers needed to associate subscriptions with the desktop app (for example, when using Microsoft or Google sign-in).
  • Billing data: subscription and payment status metadata. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Technical and security data: basic logs needed to operate and protect the website (e.g., request timestamps, high-level error diagnostics, and rate-limit events).

2) What we do not collect

  • No test artifacts uploaded by default: WebSureQTool is designed to be database-less. Your suites, datasets, run artifacts, and reports are stored in your own workspace folders.
  • No “hidden telemetry” promises: if any optional telemetry is introduced in the future, it should be clearly documented and configurable.

3) How we use information

  • Provide and operate the website, downloads, guides, and assistant features.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Process subscriptions and manage access/entitlements (when enabled).
  • Protect the service from abuse, spam, and security threats.
  • Improve documentation and user guidance based on aggregated feedback and operational signals.

4) Service providers and integrations

We may use third-party services to operate WebSureQTool. These providers process data under their own policies and terms. Examples include:

  • Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
  • GoDaddy (or another registrar) for domain registration and DNS management.
  • GitHub for source control and (optionally) hosting download assets/releases.
  • Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Microsoft and Google for optional sign-in/identity flows (where enabled).

Mention of these services does not imply endorsement or an official partnership unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

5) Cookies

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for site functionality (for example, basic session handling and abuse protection). If analytics are used, we recommend privacy-first configuration and clear disclosure.

6) Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, billing and tax records). Desktop workspaces and automation artifacts remain under your control.

7) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for protecting your workspace folders and credentials in your own environment.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the Contact page.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
