What it is Workspace Manager controls where WebSureQTool reads/writes artifacts so your governance model is enforced by configuration. Why it’s needed - Enterprises need consistent paths for outputs and evidence. - Teams need to standardize artifacts across developers/QA/release managers. - Moving a Workspace should not break suites if relative paths are used consistently. Benefits - Predictable outputs across environments. - Easier troubleshooting (everyone knows where logs/reports live). - Supports shared Workspaces (with appropriate access controls). How to use it in WebSureQTool 1) Open Workspace Settings. 2) Confirm folders for projects/suites, datasets, drivers, logs, runs, and reports. 3) Prefer relative paths where possible so the Workspace can be moved or restored. 4) Store the Workspace in a secure location (encrypted disk or approved network storage).
